Terms of Service

1. Using Nexa News

You may read, share and save stories for personal, non-commercial use. Don't scrape the service at scale, try to break or overload it, get around usage limits or paywalls, or use it for anything unlawful.

2. Accounts

You can sign in with Google, Apple, email or phone. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age where you live).

3. Reader opinions and community posts

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute and promote it on Nexa News and our social channels. You're responsible for your posts. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, spam, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. We may review, hide, edit for formatting, or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Nexa AI subscriptions and credits

• Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Switching plans is prorated.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases, are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Payments are processed by Nexa Merchant Services. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable; contact us if something went wrong and we'll make it right.
• Free listens and AI actions are limited and may change. Usage limits protect the service from abuse.

5. Third-party news and links

Many headlines, summaries and photos come from other publishers and link to their sites. That content belongs to its owners; we don't control it and aren't responsible for it. Publishers who want their content changed or removed can contact us.

6. AI summaries, search and narration

Some features use artificial intelligence to summarize, search, translate, polish or read stories aloud. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Always check the original source before relying on it, and don't treat anything on Nexa News as financial, legal or medical advice.

7. Promotions

Some placements promote Nexa companies or sponsors and are labeled as such.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Nexa News is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nexa OFS isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Nexa News means you accept them. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Nexa OFS is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA: keyboard-friendly controls, readable contrast, captions and spoken story previews. If something is hard to use, tell us and we'll fix it.
